Tag Sets
LegDay allows you to tag each set in a workout. “Dropset” or “Max Effort”, whatever else you can think of that you want to measure later. These tags are events you can count later - how many times did you hit max effort in the last 30 days? How many times did you pull a muscle and on which lifts? Tracking these elements will help you learn about yourself and become a better athlete.
Tag Workouts
LegDay lets you tag workouts for searching later: think “Hotel Workout” or “Amazing Chest Workout”, adding tags allows you to find that last great workout so you can do it again. Capturing post-workout details like perceived difficulty will help you find the right workout on any given day.
